Note: Mississippi Pro provides project planning assistance and product selection guidance. We are not licensed architects or interior designers. For projects requiring licensed design professional services, we will refer you to our trusted network of partners.
Design plan fees are on a sliding scale based on project size and scope. Half is due when the design contract is signed. The balance is due when the plan is approved. When construction begins, the full design plan cost is deducted from your project total.
